Approx. 500 acres are irrigated with surface water rights out of Canyon Creek and S. Fork Little Salmon River . According to Nevada Dept. of Wildlife there are Rainbow, Brook and Brown Trout on the two creeks that pass through the ranch. Other wildlife are plentiful including: Mule Deer, Antelope, Rocky Mtn. Elk, and Rocky Mtn. Big Horn Sheep. Small game include ; cottontail , Jack and Snowshoe Rabbits, Coyote, Mtn. Lion, chucker partridge, Sagehen, and a more.
The improvements include : The main floor of the home has one master bedroom and bath; a kitchen with breakfast bar; a formal dining room; an office; and a misc. room that has been used for storage but could be used as another bedroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and one bath . A loft could be used as an additional bedroom. A second residence is a Cookhouse with large kitchen and dining area; two bedrooms and one bath; and a large family room. There is also a bunkhouse that hasn’t been used much by the current owner. From Wells , Nevada go North of US Hwy 93 approx. 45 miles to the O'Neil Basin turn off which turns West (left if heading North). Go approx. 20 miles West over the hills till you come to a "T" in the road where you turn right. Go approx. 7 miles North and the ranch entry is on the right. You'll pass one ranch on the road in route. Call for an appointment.
