This range burned about two years ago and will be permitted to be grazed this year. The elevations at the ranch range from approx. 6,300 feet at the ranch house to 7,473 at peak of Mason Mountain. Water rights for irrigation consist of approx. 80 acres out of Mason Creek and Tourreuil Spring. The water rights are within the Bruneau River drainage and it is currently under adjudication by the State of Nevada. The ranch has many species of wildlife including Elk, Mule Deer, Pronghorn Antelope, coyote, mountain lion, chuckar, sage hen, and many other species of small game and birds. |

Directions to the Country Home
|
Take State Route 225 North of Elko approx. 56 miles to where the County Road to Charleston and the Jarbidge Wilderness turns right (East) then travel approx. 16 miles where you will see the ranch in the valley to your right. The road is usually closed during the winter months.
